PRE-APPOINTMENT INFORMATION

At the Beauty rooms we maintain the highest standards of infection control and wish to reassure you that we are committed to your safety. However there is always a risk given the circumstances COVID-19 imposes and we need to inform you of the changes implemented to reduce the risk to you, your family and ourselves from the spread of infection. Please read the following carefully and adhere to the advice.

BEFORE ATTENDING THE CLINIC

Have you or any of your family members or immediate/close contacts experienced the following symptoms within the last 14 days?

Fever, Cough, Shortness of breath, Loss of taste/smell, Muscle aches, Fatigue, Nausea or Diarrhoea

​

Have you or any of your family members or immediate/close contacts been diagnosed or suspected of having COVID-19?

​

Have you or any of your family or close contacts recently travelled internationally within the last 14 days?

​

Please contact us if any of the above apply to you so that your appointment can be postponed

​

ON ARRIVAL AT THE CLINIC

​

Please arrive to your appointment alone, on time and no earlier

Please wait outside the clinic until you are asked to enter and the previous client has left

​

On arrival please use the hand sanitiser provided

​

Please wear a face covering

Do not attend the appointment with shopping or excess belongings

​

DURING THE APPOINTMENT

​

Appropriate PPE will be worn in order to protect both you and ourselves from the transmission of coronavirus

​

AFTER THE APPOINTMENT

​

All equipment used will be cleaned between clients

​

Bank transfer payments preferable but cash/cheque will be accepted on the day

​
