PROFHILO

Skin Rejuvenation innovation of the decade for men and women

Profhilo is the latest non-surgical injectable anti- ageing treatment made from hyaluronic acid. It concentrates on the elasticity of skin causing plumper/tighter skin within 2-3 weeks following initial treatment. It is popular in people over the age of 30.

Hyaluronic acid is best known in a 'filler' and is usually used to give volume to lips or contour other areas of the face. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance produced in our body, found in skin, joints and other connective tissue. Its role is to retain moisture in the body and aid collagen production. With age hyaluronic acid production slows and skin looks duller and dehydrated with fine lines and wrinkles forming.

Profhilo differs in a number of ways from filler due to its structure which allows it to flow over an extended area to boost hydration and smooth or 'remodel' the skin. It has one of the highest concentrations of hyaluronic acid on the market. It is injected underneath the surface of the skin and disperses quickly and reacts with your own tissue to instantly boost hydration. It distributes evenly without the formation of lumps, a risk with traditional fillers.

TREATMENT

Consists of two sessions one month apart.

A further session may be recommended after approx six months in order to prolong the effect.

It is administered into precise points and at precise levels at 5 points to either side of the face ( 5-point lift).

Treatment is quick and relatively painless and topical anaesthetic is not required.

RESULTS

Hyaluronic acid is slowly released and stimulates the production of collagen and elastin.

Helps to volumise areas of the face and acts on superficial layers reducing fine lines and wrinkles.

After 4 weeks skin should feel firmer and smoother with optimal results after second treatment.

No downtime following treatment
